This week has been one of the warmest and the plants are soaking up all that golden sunlight. Apples are growing larger. The first drop started, where all the small weaker ones drop and make room for the stronger ones to grow bigger. These are tasty too but greener. Indigos are becoming bushes instead of little plants. Little, just planted leeks are reaching higher and the teepee is beginning to be shady with gourds! Today we added a few truck and tractor pathways in chalk across the concrete and dirt by the teepee to make it more fun to play in. Heidi, Sadie Bea and Huxley came over and we lounged around in the shade as the laundry dried on the line.
